"...too many candidates are poor writers..." - many folks here who apply for jobs that entail some modicum of expertise in written English could be in real trouble. They better pray that the companies they apply to don't do an internet search to evaluate their command of English by reading their posts!!!

My son was horrified while watching me do an initial read of job applicants' CVs. "Dad, you barely read that one, why did you throw it into your NFW pile?"

"If someone can't spell or run spell check, nor know the differences of to, too and two, I'm not interested!"

People still get selected for jobs.................:ROFLMAO:

In 2023, Gallup released a poll finding that just 17% of Americans say they have "a great deal" of confidence in their universities, with 19% saying they had "quite a lot." Meanwhile, 40% said they only had "some" confidence, and 22% said they had "very little."
