Just got off phone with Lowes regarding my points. Apparently there's two email addresses and only one is registering, so it needs to be bumped to IT to look at it. I want my points!! ?‍?

So I got my points finally. I go to log in and it says my email isn't correct. How is that when you just emailed me?! Even resetting password doesn't work. Back to calling them.
