I wish I had sprinklers to adjust

Hey make like us Maineahs, "Sprinklers? We don't need no stinking sprinklers!!" Watering the lawn may drain our well, triggering salt water intrusion and when one weighs a brown lawn vs. the cost associated a new well and flushing salt water out of your entire water system including boilers, hot water heater, etc, and it's an easy decision.

And a dead lawn doesn't need to be cut!!! It's a win/win!!!

With all the work I’m doing out front I haven’t watered the front lawn it’s a mess?

Today's 1.7" rain was 99% of June's rainfall. My lawn is a sea of brown, but will probably awaken, much to my dismay.

Regardless, up to now the locals, albeit animals, filed no complaints regarding lawn conditions. And I've been tickled pink. Normally in June, I'm cutting 3X every 2 weeks. Up until this rain, it's been 1 cutting every 2 weeks, works for me!!...
