About to pass out. Porgy fishing was totally insane today. My arms are sore from shucking porgies for about 3 hours straight. 2 alieve and a club soda chaser.

I submit that the most effective chaser for simple aches and pains medication like Alieve, Motrin, etc., is a margarita.
