Planning out tomorrows steps for the install and chilling with a cold one .....

was able to disconnect and move old unit out. got the new one off the truck after installing heat coils .....

I was a little nervous with the lifting ..... creaking noises, 2x6 bending, only 2 countersunk bolts holding the winch on to the plywood base ..... was glat to get it on the floor in one piece

That unit is huge,how many sq ft is your house,my outside unit is the size of a big suitcase lol but it works awesome,we also have a split for the sunroom and to add more cooling upstairs.

I see that's different set up it has the blower air handler built in,good luck..
