I have arrived in "Death Valley" after a 5 hour trip from the Shore.............

Fog.
So damn heavy the speed limit was reduced to 35 mph across the entire length of The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. So heavy I couldn't even see the water 30 feet below me or the other span of the bridge heading east bound. Was like driving through a cloud.

Was pretty much like that for a good part of the way. Wherever there was water - there as intense fog.

As I was coming off of 295 south onto 895 - there was a tractor trailer on fire (fully engulfed) on the northbound side. From the hood to the end of the trailer. Whole roadway was completely shut.

Hope the driver made it out.
