Ugh. Daughter went into the city last night by train and does not feel good. Going to pick her up. What parents do for their GROWN kids, lol.

Took a ride down in Patchogue. No waterfront dining tonight.

Back from the gym. Daughter wanted to go, so off we went. Spent about 45 minutes on the treadmill. Felt good. Kids growing up too fast here. She'll be 11 y/o on Monday, acts like a teenager already. Time does fly.

I just pulled 5 Sierra Nevada celebrations out of the freezer after a half hour and they are going down quick….better put in 5 more.

Try the fried calamari. One of the better ones. Served with red sauce and a garlic aioli. Really good.
