Truck is packed, boat hooked up, finally ready to roll. Looking at Cape May ferry schedule.
As long as it’s not commercial.can you trailer the boat on the Garden State Parkway?
As long as it’s not commercial.
You are right. I was thinking further down the parkway. Not quite correct Benny...
Commercial trucks with a registered weight of over 10,000 pounds (4,500 kg) are not allowed to use the northern parts of the parkway. All trucks are prohibited north of exit 105, just past the Asbury Park Toll Plaza. From Tinton Falls to the southern end of the parkway at Cape May, trucks are allowed, but must pay additional tolls. Buses are allowed for the entire length of the parkway.
Will never forget a memorable drive on the Parkway from Paramus to Atlantic City when I was in HS. Back then the tolls were $0.25 and they had exact change lanes that you could toss nickels, dimes and quarters into. I had a friend who was riding shotgun and could deliver a hook shot with a quarter into the toll basket time and time again. He did this both up and down the Parkway without a miss!!!
I use Scotch tape to seal the envelopes, no licking them.Just bought stamps.
