With all the injuries and no bench it is such an accomplishment to have made it this far
Iowa and Caitlin Clark is a major challenge to say the least
Even if they somehow manage to get by them, they will likely be staring at the majorly powerful SC squad

UConn signed the #1 highschool girl and has a bunch of talented players coming off injuries. The future is bright for them.

Tough call at the end there but UCONN played above and beyond what was expected. Clark might be a great scorer but Beuckers is a great leader.Next year should be their year!

Absolutely
There were more than a few interesting calls by the refs but even with that, they played a great game and just missed too many shots that cost them
That last call was indeed awful but thats part of the game and I don’t want to go down the path of saying they lost solely because of the refs
They overcame adversity and went further than expected and have nothing to be ashamed of
I for one will be all in for SC to beat Iowa

No doubt they played a great game, and some of calls were ridiculous but that’s the name of the game. They can hold there heads high.

no skin in the game (I went to Hofstra) but I was sort of rooting for Iowa as Uconn has enough pennants or trophies or whatever they win... that last call against Edwards was questionable but so are many in any basketball game.

Well I am getting to the point of the game day jitters and excitement building up
I expect and hope for a good game but as always its the same old combo of confidence, nervousness, excitement, concern etc
I honestly do not know as much about Purdue as I should but I do know UCONN is very deep and well rounded and has enough weapons to step up if someone is having an off Day
I just wish tip off was earlier than 9:20pm
My son got a ticket for the student watch party inside Gampel Arena
All week long Ive been reminding him to have fun but stay clear of the potential after game craziness that is going to happen win or lose

Like clockwork, the 2nd half comes and they switch into a super human overdrive and totally take over
