someone pm me for my Pickle Recipe... here goes, the Indian Markets sell better quality & quantity, than those little bottles in big box stores, So...

in a large jar of that size I use
fresh cold water,

about 3/4 cup of “ kosher or sea salt “...

2 heads of garlic, chopped coarse, in halves good enough, peels included... ?

1 large bunch of fresh dill, cut roots & wash...

6 or so bay leaves...

Eye Ball coriander seeds...

Eye Ball mustard seeds...

Eye Ball allspice...

Eye Ball peppercorns...

Red Pepper Flakes if u like...

3 cups or so White Vinegar...

wash Kirby Cukes, lay flat in Rubbermaid container ( it’s a space saver inda fridge over jar ) mix brine, cover Cukes wit brine into container and cover... Shake container whenever ya remind ya self to shake container...

first Pickles will be ready in ten days ( crisp & fresh ) I had em up to 8 weeks, remarkable...

the difference between my recipe and others is that I double up onda spice... ? ... cellfish...

I exclude cinnamon and cloves wit my brine... C22...

chevy it took long for my pole bean to produce,, now getting alot,, everyday or two as much as you want,,, like you said chevy the more you pick the more pole beans you get ,,, maureen picked a load of brock this morning,,, those plants are winding down for sure,, we will see if we get anymore more

more flowers,,,,, picked this morning on the pumpkin vine before the sun closes the flowers ?,,,,,,,,,,, going to stuff those suckers ,, cook and eat,, like i said before maureen loves to eat the flowers,, so far i wrote down we ate 85 flowers about 10each time i picked them ,, flowers from the zucchini plants and now the pumpkin vine is giving us maga flowers,,, and too boot im picking all them flowers ,,mostly male flowers,,,and we still we have a couple of small pumpkins growing,,,,,,><)))):>
