planted some beets this morning in a 16inch pot,,,,,,,,,,,,,other pot a few pepper seeds must fell into this pot,,, and they came up,, ill leave them and see what happens,,, i hate killing them,,,, matter of fact,,,, i dont like killing anything ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

maureen picked 2 more eggplant off this morning,,,,,,,,,,,the stems are like fat little trees now,,,,,,,,,, the few plants that we have are getting old now,,,,,i guess,,,,,,,,,,,,even that im still feeding them,,,,,,,,,, theres a few more eggplant on the plants but they are growing slower and smaller,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

Todays 1/2 harvest. I got too hot and had to stop. I let the string beans get to bib, so I’m saving the beans for soup this fall/ winter. I have so many beans to pick

the eggplants now are like trees ?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,beets seeds are comming up,,,,, we have a mum plant that blooms comes out then the plant dies down and back it comes,,, we had this plant for a long time now,,,,,,,,,,, if you get a mum plant this autumn?,,, after the plant blooms dont throw the plant out just over winter it,,, dont even needs water,,, in the spring it will come back,,,,,,,,,and let me add this the mum plant was growing great in the 90+ weather here all summer,,,,, if you think the mum plants are just for the autumn?,, your wrong,><)))):>

Yes MoJOE ….same with pepper plants.

Pepper plants make for great house plants, if you keep them after harvest amd bring them in or keep them in warmer weathers….they will bloom amd fruit again next season.

yesterday went to lowes to pic up a few things for our fall and winter planting in our pots,,,,, they didnt have worm casting,,, so we will stop at home deport today to pick some up,,,,,,,,,,, also maureen had 2 small mum plants so we bought 2 empty hanging pots and i planted the mums in them,,, also maureen picked a flower plant and i planted it in a bigger pot yesterday,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><))))):>

Radishes are coming up, and eggplant are still producing well

Have been waiting for the rain to quit and check when To break it all down.

Some peppers survived the cool temps all other plants done so a big clean out on deck.

will post a pick this week and decide if a fall crop will go in, dont think so.
May move garden location for next years crop , thinking of raised beds.

Raised beds are awesome, mine are 2 ft high, no more bending or weeding ?
