Weather you able to find a ramp to launch or not, what about the ban on recreational boating.

some states allowed boating that involved exercise such as canoes, kayaks, SUPs etc. Where is an up to date link for NY if there is one, or is it deliberately vague ?

I think it's vague. Who would inforce such a ban? One state, I don't remember which, banned rec boating except if you are fishing for food for your family, no such provision in NY.

OK so I am in a small private yacht club in Brooklyn NY my boat is in the water (stays in all year)there is no srevices offered other then docking your boat.Why cant I take my boat out, I fish alone and really dont come in contact with anyone.

Nobody answered my question so I drove over there to see for myself. Ramps are now open!
