Was the Blackfishing like fluke fishing?

I have not gone blackfish in some time. I went last year like three times. I went again this year. My issue is I must have caught 50 blackfish with no keepers. Sort of like my fluke fishing.

Yes. Worse, in fact on my local South shore bottom. Tons of fish, very few Rec keepers.

Yeah, maybe. I of course do have a standing invite on a certain East-end boat when its not chartered.

But, not really why I pay thousands every season to run my own boat. That other boat is fine, with a great friend running it, but I greatly prefer to find/catch my own fish. Its the "Type-A" thing, I guess.
