The reason I get very nervous with flash flooding is ida. Had near a foot of raw sewage in the basement. Everything on the floor was destroyed. Had over 100 bags of garbage and other items that were destroyed. I just had paneling and furniture bought down there and a new floor installed. Tomorrow there putting down the carpet on the stairs.
