Just got a severe T-Storm warning on phone

been cats and dogs here in Matzohpizza since 8pm. thunder and lightening but it seems to be centered in North Amityville, about 3 miles away and moving east. won't have to water the flower pots tomorrow !

Wind came through pretty rough but only for a short time thank goodness.

My little house guest hates the storms but we place the tv volume high , play music in other areas of the house and run both fan and ac so the thunder does not freak her out., it works.

We have a thunder shirt for her also.

Our occasional “rent a dog” hates anything loud. It was sheer hell in 2020 during the 4th. Did Dix hills get clobbered with boomers today?

What a difference a day makes. Decided to take the day off from kayak fishing and greeted by a wabbit on our front lawn while getting the Snoozeday. 67° right now and our Mickey Mouse rain gauge reports that we got 1/2" of the wet stuff last night. Was hoping for more but I'll take it.
