If this storm does what the models are showing today, areas on Long Island are going to see wind gusts over 60 mph. Wind gusts of close to 70 will be off shore. There will be such a tight pressure gradient between the low and the strong high to the north and we could get squeezed between. Not gonna be fun with trees full of leaves. Let’s hope models do a 180 tomorrow and it misses.
