10 references, $2000 fees, safety class , 5 year wait ? The NY legislature will pass the new concealed carry bill late at night when nobody is watching and make it virtually impossible to get a CCP. If the Supreme Court rules in gun owners favor then I hope they do follow up and make sure states like NY don't pass laws to get around the ruling. I think I'll file for a Concealed Carry Permit right before the ruling just to get it into the system under the old rules. Who knows ?
What will NY do if the Supreme Court says NY'ers have a right to carry handguns in public ?
