CNN shakeup: Don Lemon moved from primetime to mornings, struggling 'New Day' to be replaced

CNN's Don Lemon will end his primetime gig and join Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins on a revamped morning show replacing the long-struggling "New Day."

"New Day" managed only 396,000 average viewers to rank as the 42nd most-watched cable news program during the news-heavy month of August.

"Don Lemon Tonight" averaged only 660,000 viewers in August to rank No. 40 among cable news programs despite its cushy primetime slot.
 
Fox News viewers seem to imagine that folks on the left watch as much CNN as they watch Fox, Newsmax or OAN. I don't know anyone that watches more than a few minutes of CNN a week, unless something significant, like an armed insurrection against our government or a hearing on that is occurring.

It would seem that the new owner of CNN is trying to appeal to viewers who will never ever start watching CNN, and is having the effect of turning off the few viewers they already have.

Well, first off, if a conservative said something like that the first thing they would be told is that's racist.

Second, the risk of running low on illegals is about zero.
