Whats going on in the World

Both horrible, but the most horrific kicked to the curb with the garbage.

Aside from the obvious focus that the guy isn't 'a real man' who isn't going to have any descendants, what do we get from this article?

Here's what I find interesting:

And it was during that time that his father became supreme leader, and Mojtaba began managing his family’s growing wealth and business interests.

So it seems that no matter where you live or what kind of $#ithole you create from your nation, nor how much of a limp d!¢k you are, it's lucrative to be in government. Who knew?

Makes me think Hunter could actually “Splatter Paint” that family and actually sell it legit.

This is part of the exodus of assets. Folks are not buying, or spending less in NYC. They want out. Even investors are shying away from this real estate. They want to avoid being caught up in personal income tax problem. Having a home in NYC can put a target on folks even if they claim another home as their permanent residence.

Folks need to keep detailed calendars in case they receive an inquisitive letter from NYC/NYS. This division is quite aggressive and actually wins close to 50% of their cases.

Even if they have good records from a taxpayer, they do often subpoena your cell phone records and have an agent "count the pings" on a cell phone to try and establish residency to get their pound of flesh.

The fraud that occurred under his watch is unimaginable. Whistleblowers are coming out of the woodwork. This means HE KNEW AND ALLOWED.

But heck, he got free tampons in little boy's bathrooms.

Sums up the democrat priorities across the country.

There are app’s you can get that can help keep track of where you are in relation to where you claim as your residency. Short of that most people leave an electronic footprint of where they are, and have been.

Correct, but many "live in the grey" hoping NOT to be audited.
Agreed, I hear from many NY snowbirds that don’t spend at least the 6 months and a day out and say “they’ve never been audited.” I tell them good luck but that’s not for me I go by the book.

Before I retired I was reporting to one of the richest men in the country, on the Forbes list worth 5 billion. The headquarters for his business was in Stamford CT where he had a home worth about 25 million in nearby Greenwich. He claimed his residency in Sheridan, Wyoming where he had a 3,000 acre ranch. The State of CT was after him like white on rice trying to collect their piece of the tax money. It had nothing to do with how much time he spent in Wyoming, which was probably only a couple of weeks out of the year, it was all about how much time he spent in CT. His personal bookkeeper and secretary kept very detailed records of how much time he spent in CT. He had homes all over the world, and was constantly traveling on his private jets. Yes, that’s plural, he had 5 of them.
