Early lunch ,
I sautéed chopped, kale, onion, cabbage and Brussels sprouts then cooked stir fried noodles in beef broth then tossed with a little oil and Asian sauce. Man this was delicious

I cannot tell a lie. They are pre made, merely "fried" in the air fryer. Dip in a wee little butter, a beer and what an afternoon!
