Sometime "Craft Cocktails" go awry. Local restaurant on ME Rt 130 has this concoction which combines the long-standing Maine Favorite, Allens Coffee Brandy, and the new favorite, Fireball Whiskey!! The Allens/Milk combination has many names here, including "Liquid Panty Remover" and "Liquid Leg Spreader", but the addition of Fireball, the new favorite of Maine, along with some cinnamon makes for an interesting taste treat for the discerning palates of the Maine cognoscenti.

Needless to say, I took a Rain Check...

Had dinner at my new friend's Korean BBQ restaurant tonight. for starters, miso soup, greens, crab/fish flakes?( salty), spicy radish and my new favorite, hot chile cucumbers. Main course braised beef short ribs with winter melon and rice vermicelli. Cooled my flaming tonsils with chilled fresh cut pineapple. We will be fishing together tomorrow morning for fluke and we hopefully will have very fresh fluke sashimi for lunch.
