Afternoon BBQ Granddaughter and grand nieces. Roasted corn, lake trout on a cedar plank, my daughters non meat burgers and hotdogs and burgers

Prime ribeye with salt, pepper, black garlic and truffle dusting. Twice baked potato, corn cooked over wood with clarified butter and some seasoning my daughter found. Excellent.

Seasoned air fryer chicken cutlets cooled off in the fridge added to a wrap with shredded chedda and thousand island dressing no pics cause I cant really fold a wrap right so it just turns in to a messy thing to eat
