Went out last night and caught some crabs for a snack today. I had the grandkids on the bow of the boat scooping crabs on the flats. I use a set of underwater lights to go exploring at night. The kids love it.
This is one of the three light I use. They are very bright LED's. They must be in the water to use. Once in the area, I lower the lights down into the water and control the boat with my trolling motor.
The platform on my 24' Carolina Skiff is roomy enough for three of us to stand on. I run the boat with the trolling motor remote while the kids scoop the crabs.

I live solo three days a week during the week and I like my quiet days. I love to cook when my girlfriend is over but during my alone times I want to eat quality, healthy food that's easy to make. So, on Tuesday's I usually cook up a big batch of stir fried vegetables in my wok and use them as my base for different dishes throughout the week.
Although not Tuesday, last night I cooked up my stir fry vegetables for a few days until company comes in for the July 4 holiday.
Veggies and pork tenderloin for dinner.
For breakfast this morning, veggies and eggs.
Tonight it will be veggies and ???. And, I'm sure it will be easy and delicious.

Interesting. I really like Sweet Chilli Sauce and use it as a dipping sauce for many dishes. I just made some coconut shrimp and used SCS as the dip. It was delicious.VEGGIES w/ MAE PLOY , sweet chilisauce,,, extra firm tofu and rice…
