Whats on tonights Menu

Broth is simmering with all the veggies, herbs and spices. Already smells good.

After I watch the news at noon I'll start the pizza sauce.

Its about letting it rise, then letting it rise, then letting it rise again....... then you can think about spreading it
Even with store bought? I think it was just me. The middle was a lot thinner than the edges. And forget about them being round.:D

Yes. Even with store bought. My wife let's 'em sit by the wood stove for awhile. pokes 'em, prods 'em, lets 'em sit some more.

Yes, all pizzas are thicker at the edges than in the middle but letting it rise then spreading it thin is where its at...
 
I still have four hours to go on the beef bone broth. I will have it for lunch tomorrow before we go into Manhattan.
I have some bean sprouts, baby bok choy and baby spinach I can ladle it over.
