I’m not one for fancy restaurants. Give me a good steak and the trimmings and I’m good to go. It’s actually hard to find a great steak place though. I found one in the most unlikely place, an Italian restaurant near where I live. The steak comes out sizzling. Nothing worse then getting a room temp steak at a restaurant.
