There is only TWO fish that actually "tastes like crab" and those are closely related, Rock Hinds and Red Hinds. My parents caught some in Bermuda and brought some fillets home and it was like eating fillets of crab.

Tilefish DOES NOT taste like lobster, could never figure this one out.

Tog isn't even in the same universe of taste as crab meat, unless you've made the comparison to imitation crab meat, Surimi, which has ZERO crab in it, but does have fish in it...

Got ya never seen shells that dark before

Shells do seem to be "dark", but I dug some as dark eons ago in the muck of Wading River BEFORE the Power Plant.

Color, Schmolor, these are some of the tastiest clams I've every had, but it's been a long, long time since I've had 'em freshly dug.
