Just wondering how you got those cooked marks? Those lines, looks like art work. I bet they were delicious. I’m just jealous I can’t get mine to look like those. W, the Costco & BJ birds are alway huge, a bit onda fatty side, flavorless and mostly under cooked... So, I cut em up, respice w/garlic, place em under a hot broiler and crisp em up nicely 20 minutes... cellie...
