Grass Fed Angus Beef Rubbed with Colombian Espresso and Cocoa.
With Red Chimichurri, Parmesan Polenta and topped with Caramelized Fried Green Plantains.

Baked (maybe roasted - was never really sure of the difference - they both take place in the oven) Chicken Thighs with Tarragon, Rosemary, garlic Powder & Paprika for color)
Baked (maybe roasted - they're in with the chicken) Farm Stand Fresh Carrots with a little olive oil & tarragon
Rice Medley (never understood that term either - they ain't singing) with sauteed Cherry Tomatoes (garlic, oregano) slather (I understand that) over the top
Glass of Red

ok Googled it
Roasted - cooked at high temperature (generally over 400)
Baked - cooked at lower temperature (350 to 375)

maureen and i drove into brooklyn today with the hen traps and she walked way back into the wetlands of jamaica bay and she put the traps down,, after we did what we had to do in brooklyn,, we drove back to the swamps and she walked back to see what she trapped,, and oh boy dinner!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><))):>
