Nothing tastier then roasted chicken. I’d eat it every day. I might pickup some wings to throw in the air fryer tomorrow.

A typical Korean dinner table.
Pork belly air fried, red leaf lettuce to wrap it in, chives in a soy sauce, minced garlic, salt n pepper in sasame oil, some red pepper paste to flavor the meat wrap.
Regular kimchee, kirby kimchee and a kimchee gazpacho. Some lotus root in soy and soy bean sprout soud made with clam broth.

All wrapped up. ?

Then Jenny made some stirfried octopuss in red pepper paste for herself.

In korea we spit out the claw and cartilage. They also sell it with out the claw and cartilage, cost extra, but the younger hen-eration likes it better that way. Easier to eat. ?

After dinner snack

A mochi bread stuffed with sweet redbean paste and cream, a slice of Fuji apple, a slice of Honey crisp apple, a wedge pf the nipple orange and a slice of Korean pear and some green tea waffle cookies.
