Mind sharing the spices? LOL
cumin
ground rosemary
pinch red pepper flakes
pinch garlic powder
and something I got from a friend Barbecue Gewurzzubereitung (German) - kinda secret ingredient - it's in the form of a powder

Brush olive oil on the burger - sprinkle with Kosher Salt - sear in cast iron pan about 4 minutes per side depending on the size of your burger of course.

This is not a burger you want to put ketchup on.

SWMBO is making a 3-meat meat loaf, son is mashing some potatos, steaming broccoli. Her gravy is beyond comparison. I know its St Valentines Day but I did just put up the full length mirror on the bypass doors that I replaced the bifolds with last week. (When we moved in in 1985, of course the closet had bypass doors. Ssshhhh.)
