Man if you think fresh spinach shrinks down when sautéed - it's got nothing on radish greens. Still working on my portions. Looks like the portions you'd get at some French Restaurant. But DAMN - it was good.

looks really good - I would probably have gone with provolone on the burger instead of American - but still fantastic looking
