Sautéed Radish Greens with Olive Oil, minced Radishes, Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Sun Dried Tomatoes
Lime Rice with Radish Microgreens
Glass of Red

Man if you think fresh spinach shrinks down when sautéed - it's got nothing on radish greens. Still working on my portions. Looks like the portions you'd get at some French Restaurant. But DAMN - it was good.
