Going out to a restaurant for only the second or third time since the china virus messed everything up. German food in Bellmore, The Oak Chalet. Been supporting many of our favorites through takeout. We used to go to a German place at Smith and New Highway in Farmingdale but I think the chicoms had something to do with them being closed. Anyway, I think I am going to try the jaegerschnitzel.

Great German restaurant in Lindenhurst on wellwood Ave just south of John street The Village Lantern, you should try it.
Also on Welwood on the N/w corner of Hoffman Ave. Is A Irish pub/ restaurant, my sister said was really good called Belfast.

Last night besides what I made on the grill, we had fresh caught crabs, and a nice salad.
