Airfryer pork chops. Instead of breadcrumbs I used crushed up porkrinds. They came out awesome.

They were great, wife usually does the up but I was home early and decided to have some fun and cook.

Did a sweet potato and some Cheddar spinach with them.
I plan on giving up on white potato soon and only do sweet ( Orange ) potato only.

It took some time to get to like the sweet potato but I do now, still don't like sweet potato pie or the fries but I can eat one baked with butter.
