Whats on tonights Menu

I usually fry my 2 breakfast eggs in olive oil, but today i tried butter again after so many years... im gonna stay wit Olive Oil. its not as strong/heavy as butter... cellfish...

Cheese melted and soft but not brown, chard was cooked & doe was crisp all around…
Pretty good since I ain’t got a broiler for dat browning effect…

come ova sometime… cellfish…
