when my mom was living in Florida (Weeki Watchee) we finally found one place that actually made good pizza - the owner of the joint was from Farmingdale & imported either NY or NJ water in 55 gallon drums

I did a PH test with the tap water near Pembroke Pines 10 miles west of Lauderdale, test showed high alkaline… taste like shitt… it’s always warm too…
So maybe it’s not NY water is so good, but rather Florida water is bad…
nothing good filters can’t handle…

Florida's water filters through limestone - I think that's what kills it for things like bagels & pizza. I also found a Floridian Bagel Shop there that does the same thing - imports its water from the tri-state area

without looking it up, yes but, where is the supply of water coming from... I know NYC has reservoirs, upstate piping it down in three tubes i believe... let me know... cellfish...

chevy maureen cooked a few times already and we think its faster then gas,, the burners get real hot fast and the oven is very hot fast ,,,,, but what do i know ? ,,, eggplant,and a cold beer,,,,,, ><)))):>

Duel fuel are the best - gas cooktops and electric ovens.
Oven is able to stay at set temp easier.
