how do you prepare it & give us a hint at the recipe kind sir
the prep I peeled off the skin, the hood was already cleaned and inside out, had to pull out the beek. A few slow drenches in hot water for 15-20 seconds to get the tentacles adjusted to the water, then in completely.

Could of done way better on it.
