Whats on tonights Menu

Last night it was great to take the family out for a quick dinner at Karvers in Holbrook. Both kids home from college, always tough to round everybody (including myself!) up.

Couple apps, nothing out of the ordinary, but saw this on special and was pleased with appearance and taste.

Breaded veal chop caprese with mashed potato.

Had always heard about putting sour cream into scrambled eggs - never tried it before - had some left over from the other night - figured now or never - it's delicious & creamy
