I’m meatless,

day old rice,
tromato sauce, jar ok if quality,
feta cheese, or parmesan
frozen peas, olive oil,
3 large green peppers ?


mix all together, add oil, add some water to soften, top wit shredded cheese…

cut peepers in half, stuff wit stuff,

bake @ 400’ till attractive… C22…
