Asian buffet called LOTUS
I never really like these types of places, but this one was the best I’ve ever been to. Except for the sushi ( stale/ dry) everything was really ?? good . I made my own soup with there broth and fresh veggies from the salad bar.

Have eaten there many times over the years; good food very reasonable prices. As an aside the market in the corner of the strip mall has (?) / had a very respectable Italian Deli. Their Scarmorza was excellent.

The Mrs. Had pancakes and a blueberry muffin. I had pastrami eggs Benedict on pumpernickel toast. Everything was made from scratch. Highly recommend this place The Copper Lantern. It’s also right up the road from Seacoast Harley, a massive dealership. Which I was still in the area when it is open.

The crab came from some crab cakes I made a week or so ago. I mistakely used Panko Bread Crumbs as a binder. Panko does not really work well as a binder. So two of 'em turned into "Crab Hash". Figured this was the best way to use one 'em up.

I normally use regular bread crumbs & then roll the cakes in Panko before frying for extra cripness.

Tonight it’s going to big pot of chicken soup, chicken is in the oven now. Both the Mrs. And my son have a cold and requested soup. I also will make chicken cutlets and cheese and parsley sausage just in case anyone wants more than soup ??
