You use canned Salmon for crab cakes?I use canned salmon, the least expensive stuff for salmon cakes.. it’s a tricky thing frying em… it’s suggested to refrigerate the mix to cold, even overnight is ok… eggs keep it more together than the Mayo… cellfish…

I've had it once or twice - problem with a lot of those big leafy plants -supermarket sells them in such large bunches that I end up throwing a lot of it out as it goes wilty & bad before I can finish it - gotta remember I'm only cooking for one - do like it though for its appearance & its taste.did ya ever get to try chard yet W., ???
