last time I had doggies was June, not twice a week… had it fried lightly wit flour… I would have enjoyed to wood grill it, but…

what kind of shark was he eating.? Prolly makos, thresher perhaps Blacktip,, too … all top of the food chain sharks…

Spiny / Dogfish are sent wholesale to England from here… I cant recall seeing any mercury alerts… a sustainable fish…

tuna & swordfish are up there too w/ mercury, u know that..!

Try it, it’s light, wit robust spices, it’s a fun change and entertaining conversation as an appetizer… cellfish.…

I rarely shark fish anymore Cell, I did it a lot when I was younger. I don’t like the taste, never did and hopefully if I don’t eat sharks they won’t eat me!
