wasn’t burned Chevy, the spices i use are dark, cumin, pepper, fennel and gives it that look..usually very good.. served cold / room temp w/ lemon squeeze…

the gas grilling option yesterday didn’t work, and today is day 4 of catch , 2 days more than my usual expiration dates… cellie… ???
