There was supposed to be meatballs - but I "spaced" them out & forgot to cook 'em.

3 bunches of Swiss Chard, one # bow tie pasta, some tomatoes, one # shredded mozzarella, 3 eggs, garlic / olive oil, some Parmesan on top… cellfish…

maureen and i went to an authentic geman restaurant this evening right on the water,, the food was very very good,, from potato pancakes ,, i had beef//pork liver as a app,,,,dinner we had weiner schnitzel,, the veil was to melt in your mouth,, very tender,,,, and all the german fixings,,,,,,,,i had a few weiss beers nice and cold ,,,,.check out the head on that beer ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just a fun time out with maureen,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>
