i didn’t get the whole foods short ribs, but publix had these beef back ribs @ $6.00 lb..

look good, gonna prep em tonight / tomorrow for wood bbq…

butcher needs to chill wit price tag… cellie…

fresh chick legs, boiled for 5 minutes, let stand in water for hour, drained, smothered w/ BBS for tomorrow grill…

beef back ribs going into 5 minute boil, drain in morning and smother wit BBQ sauce for Q…

Not my skillet, lol. Maybe soon.

On the ribs, 12.00 and NOT graded meat - No mention of prime, choice, or select. So probably standard.
