Sadly , today I ate the last of the pickled herring my Magnolia Pier friend made for me. Guess the herring should return in April. But with low catch rates recently , I don't think I will spare any for eating. Bass, fluke and blues more important. :D ;). I paired it with Korean kimbap. Sort of seafood too. Fish and other goodies wrapped in seaweed, Num, num. ? ? ? ?
