Interesting - Never thought "Fresh Parsley" merited mentioning... In the Italian Kitchen, there is NO dry parsley, sage nor basil, although there could be dry oregano in the winter. In the summer, there's only fresh everything...

Got to get the last New Moon shellfish trip proceeds cleaned out. Had an oyster raw bar for lunch and now looking at 12 Cherrystones debating whether or not I just steam them or make white clam sauce.

Regardless, the parsley is chopped...

Hey R7 did you ever hear the expression “comparison is the thief of joy”? I happen to be all Italian and I personally don’t care what someone else eats or puts on their food. Non of my f’n business.
