Whats on tonights Menu

oh yeah, that’s 2 quarts of dried chickpeas boiled soft for standby on salads & things…

canned are good, but i enjoy dried … cellfish…

How did you make the lentils? Never had the red

easy enuf, same as green lentils half the time…

in a tall pot, medium onion & oil tossed till tender, add a few bay leaves, a little garlic too, if ya have… add one bag of red lentils, toss wit onion to coat lentils… add water a inch or 2 ova lentils… salt & pepper…
bring to boil for 5 - 10 minutes stirring in between… it’s done , “crazy quick”…

have rice / small pasta ready… some protein, ( feta cheese, sardine) or anything ya like… green / tomato / olive salad too… ❤️❤️❤️ cellie…
