turned a 5 lb bag of flour into pancake batter… sorry Tigarman, i didn’t use any whole wheat flour, it makes for heavy pancakes, not the light and fluffy ones… cellfish…

if bought fresh, 18 months or so… in you’re home, there shouldn’t be a concern… one Sunday morning and half will be gone… cellfish… ???

I love pancakes, where’s my stack Cellie? I use this brand when I make them and always crack an egg in there and hit with some seltzer, almond milk and cinnamon.
