Whats on tonights Menu

Korean BBQ joint again tonight. owner previously said he never tasted American trout. so i harvested a nice limit of brown trout late this afternoon and brought them to his restaurant.
He wouldn't let me leave without sitting down for a late dinner. I let him choose the menu. again wonderful appetizers and sides including miso soup and Daikon radishes( my new favorite with a bite to em). then a dumpling course of beef/pork and scallions. finally he knows my weakness already so chef whips up an incredible dish of grilled calamari and octopus done perfectly on bed of seasoned Korean rice and veggies mix. i needed something light to finish up so had some fresh cut pineapple . this time I was stuffed but it was on the house. he wouldn't even let me leave a tip. :p:)(y)
What’s the name of the place and where is it? I never had Korean BBQ.

Pork loin in Dijon mustard, roasted asparagus, and garlic mashed (made from scratch).

Never made garlic mashed from scratch before. Came out great. 2 large potatoes, cubed and boiled till soft. Save 1/2 cup of potato water. Put back in pot with water, 1/2
Teaspoon minced garlic, 3 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper. Mash it up. Done.
